This Policy explains how Mic Drop Creative communicates by email and text message and how recipients can manage their preferences. It supplements our Privacy & Cookie Policy.
1. Transactional and Service Communications
When you place an order, create an account, request a quote, submit a form, or contact us, you authorize us to respond and send communications reasonably related to that interaction. These may include quote follow-up, proof and approval requests, invoices, account notices, order confirmations, production updates, pickup or shipping notices, customer-service messages, security alerts, and legally required notices.
Transactional communications are not marketing merely because they identify Mic Drop Creative or contain information necessary to complete or support your request. Opting out of marketing does not prevent communications needed to complete an active order, respond to you, protect an account, or meet legal obligations.
2. Promotional Email
Where permitted by law, we may send email about Mic Drop Creative products, services, collections, events, promotions, and related offers. You may unsubscribe from promotional email at any time using the unsubscribe link in the message or by contacting us. We will honor valid opt-out requests within the time required by law. We send promotional SMS or MMS messages only when we have the consent required by applicable law. By checking a separate SMS consent box or otherwise providing valid written consent, you authorize Mic Drop Creative to send recurring automated promotional texts to the mobile number provided.

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
4. Telephone Numbers and Responsibility
You represent that you are the subscriber or customary user of a telephone number you provide and that you are authorized to consent to messages at that number. Tell us promptly if the number changes or is reassigned. Do not provide someone else's number without authorization.
5. No Sale of Contact Lists
We do not sell or rent our customer email or telephone lists for unrelated third-party marketing. We may use service providers to send communications for us, subject to contractual and legal restrictions, and may disclose information as otherwise described in our Privacy & Cookie Policy.
6. Changes
We may update this Policy prospectively. Changes will be posted with a revised effective date, and we will provide additional notice or seek renewed consent when required by law.
