This Policy applies whenever a customer or user uploads, emails, creates, selects, submits, or approves artwork, text, photographs, logos, trademarks, names, likenesses, or other content for use by Mic Drop Creative.
1. Customer Responsibility and Rights Clearance
You are solely responsible for the content you provide and the products you ask us to make. You represent and warrant that you own the content or have obtained all licenses, releases, permissions, and approvals needed for Mic Drop Creative to receive, store, modify as technically necessary, reproduce, print, embroider, display in proofs, manufacture, fulfill, and deliver the requested products.
This includes, when applicable, rights involving copyrights, trademarks, trade dress, names, logos, photographs, music or entertainment properties, schools and universities, sports teams, celebrities, creators, models, employees, minors, privacy, and rights of publicity. Purchasing or finding an image online does not necessarily include merchandise rights.
2. Limited Production License
You grant Mic Drop Creative and its production and fulfillment providers a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, copy, resize, crop, color-separate, convert, adapt for technical production, reproduce, manufacture, and transmit your content solely as reasonably necessary to quote, proof, produce, fulfill, reprint, support, and maintain records for your order. You retain ownership of content you own. This production license does not authorize unrelated public advertising or resale of your content.
3. Proof Approval
You must review all proofs and online designs carefully. Approval confirms that the content, spelling, dimensions, placement, colors, products, sizes, quantities, and other details are acceptable and authorizes production. Mic Drop Creative is not responsible for customer-supplied or customer-approved errors. Technical adjustments that do not materially alter the approved design may be made when reasonably necessary for production.
4. Prohibited Content and Orders
You may not submit content or request products that:
- Infringe or misappropriate copyright, trademark, trade dress, patent, publicity, privacy, contractual, or other rights.
Are unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, threatening, harassing, or intended to facilitate illegal activity.
Exploit or sexualize minors or depict child sexual abuse material.
Contain non-consensual intimate imagery, unlawful hate content, credible threats, or instructions intended to cause imminent harm.
Misrepresent affiliation, sponsorship, endorsement, licensing, or authorization.
Contain malware, malicious code, or content intended to compromise systems.
Would expose Mic Drop Creative, its personnel, vendors, or customers to unreasonable legal, safety, or reputational risk.
We may decline, pause, cancel, or remove any content or order in our reasonable discretion, including while we investigate rights or safety concerns. We are not obligated to print every submission. If an order is rejected before production, we will refund amounts paid for unproduced goods, less non-refundable work or costs already incurred where permitted by law.
5. Requests for Proof of Authorization
We may request licenses, written permissions, invoices, identity verification, organization authorization, or other evidence of rights. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence may result in delay or cancellation. Our decision to proceed does not constitute legal advice or confirmation that your use is lawful.
6. Intellectual Property Complaints
A rights owner who believes content available through our website or services infringes its rights may contact us with: identification of the protected work or mark; identification and location of the challenged material; the owner or agent's contact information; a good-faith statement that the use is unauthorized; a statement that the information is accurate and the sender is authorized to act; and a physical or electronic signature. Copyright notices intended to invoke the Digital Millennium Copyright Act should also satisfy 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3).

7. DMCA Counter-Notice
If content is removed or disabled in response to a DMCA notice and you believe that occurred because of mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice containing the information required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(g), including your signature, identification and former location of the material, a statement under penalty of perjury, and consent to the appropriate federal court's jurisdiction and service of process from the complainant.
8. Repeat Infringers
Where appropriate and in our discretion, we may terminate accounts or refuse service to users who repeatedly infringe or are repeatedly accused of infringing intellectual property rights.
9. Customer Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Mic Drop Creative and its owners, employees, contractors, vendors, and affiliates from third-party claims, damages, liabilities, judgments, settlements, and reasonable legal costs arising from content you provide, the products you request, your lack of authorization, or your breach of this Policy.
10. Confidential and Sensitive Content
Do not submit trade secrets or highly sensitive personal information unless necessary and covered by a separate written agreement. Ordinary order and support channels are not intended for full payment-card numbers, Social Security numbers, medical records, government identification numbers, passwords, or similarly sensitive information.
11. Changes
We may update this Policy prospectively by posting a revised version and changing the effective date. Material changes will receive additional notice when required by law.
